Canon imagePROGRAF TM series printers launched in India – Times of India

Canon has launched the all-new imagePROGRAF TM series in India. The new imagePROGRAF TM series consists of the TM-5240, TM-5340, TM-5250, TM-5255, TM-5350 and TM-5355 models. The new range offers single-function and multi-function printers. Along with impressive performance, the series also features an elegant sleek design with a flat surface that facilitates roll paper loading, improving user comfort and aesthetics.

Powered by the all-new ‘L-COA PRO II' image processing engine, the TM series is designed to wake up quickly from sleep mode, providing excellent productivity when creating drawings and posters.
Using the “Direct Print Plus” free printing application, urgent print jobs can be efficiently sent in batches with a simple drag-and-drop function to printers that support different file formats. Additionally, creating posters and flyers is made easy with PosterArtist, a free web application that allows users to customize new designs from a wide selection of templates.
The inclusion of features such as paper type detection simplifies the paper loading process, reducing operating time and labor costs. The printer's advanced panel now provides a comprehensive view of the paper type, remaining roll paper estimate and ink level at a glance. Notably, there is a significant reduction in operating noise during printing, particularly for the TM-5240/5340, with an estimated operating noise level of 39dB – about a third of the noise produced by a conventional model.
