Nasscom appoints Rajesh Nambiar as chairman – Times of India

Nasscom announced the appointment Rajesh Nambiar, Chairman and Managing Director, Cognizant India as its Chairman. Nambiar takes up the new role from his previous position as Vice Chairman. He succeeds Anant Maheshwar, former president, Microsoft India.
Chairman Rajesh Nambiar will continue to work with President Debjani Ghosh Nascom Executive Board, industry and government in consolidating India's position as a global technology hub while navigating the ongoing volatile macro environment. The leadership's key priorities will focus on accelerating the adoption and broad impact of the latest emerging and deep technologies, strengthening India's talent capabilities relevant to evolving job roles and technology acceleration, focusing on integrated industry solutions for scale efficiency, sustainability and rapid innovation and construction. A diverse, inclusive and equal work environment for all.
